MegaNet – Immune to surveillance

Last month Kim Dotcom released MegaChat, a knew end-to-end encrypted video and audio chat service.  Which is said to be better than Google Hangouts or Skype. Just couple of days ago, Kim is tweeting about MegaNet, which would be immune to global mass surveillance.

It takes the power away from governments and put it back in the hands of the online users. He also assured that battery drainage won’t be a problem and It won’t rely exclusively on mobile networks at launch. But the more powerful phones become the more data & traffic they will carry.
