European Court of Justice has rules this in the name of data control. But the fact remains. Once something is published “online”
its really difficult for anyone to take it down. Something some part will remain in this wide internet world.
Though they might be able to be “forgotten” , users will still be able to search about someone using other measures.
Lately Google are being hit by almost anyone. First DMCA claims and now this.
Time for Google to react.
