Windows As A Service
Microsoft Technical Evangelist Jerry Nixon, “Windows 10 will be the last version of windows”.
Right now we’re releasing Windows 10, and because Windows 10 is the last version of Windows, we’re all still working on Windows 10
Microsoft Not So Secretive Anymore
Microsoft might go back to numbers again, or just settle for Windows. With windows 10 becoming as a service, there will be regular updates and improvements. Probably new features would be added between years or how ever Microsoft decides to. Does that means those “feature” upgrade would cost more? So far there hasn’t been any comments from Microsoft about.
Right now we’re releasing Windows 10, and because Windows 10 is the last version of Windows, we’re all still working on Windows 10… We aren’t speaking to future branding at this time, but customers can be confident Windows 10 will remain up-to-date and power a variety of devices from PCs to phones to Surface Hub to HoloLens and Xbox. We look forward to a long future of Windows innovations.
